Stella Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
United Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Stella, a Chrome browser extension and related backend service that helps sales representatives during their own Google Meet calls. Stella has a single purpose: to provide real-time and post-call sales insights during a meeting. This Privacy Policy explains what Stella collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Stella extension, the Stella backend service, and this page.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from our sign-in provider (Amazon Cognito). Google sign-in may be offered as a sign-in option.
Documents you upload. Product documents you choose to upload (for example, PDF sales sheets) are sent to our servers so Stella can base its answers on your materials.
Chat content. The questions you ask Stella and the answers it generates, kept as your session history so you can revisit past conversations.
Technical data. Session identifiers and sign-in tokens needed to operate and secure the service.
What Stella cannot see. Stella runs only on Google Meet pages and communicates only with our own AWS backend (and with Google/Cognito for sign-in). It does not read your other browser tabs, browsing history, email, or files.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide Stella’s core features: real-time product recommendations, answers, and conversation insights during and after your sales calls.
- To keep your session history so you can revisit and continue past conversations.
- To sign you in and to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Stella also analyzes your meeting text to detect sales “signals” and to generate coaching and deal-health insights. This is an automated analysis of the conversation and of your own delivery as a sales rep; it does not make any legal or similarly significant decision about you.
What we do not do: we do not sell or share your personal information; we do not use your data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending; and we do not have humans read your conversation content except with your permission, or as needed for security or to comply with the law.
3. AI Processing
Stella uses large language models hosted on Amazon Bedrock, within our own AWS environment, to generate recommendations and answers. Your conversation content is processed there to provide these features. We do not use your conversation content to train foundation models, and we do not send your data to any AI provider outside our AWS environment.
4. How Information Is Shared
We share personal information only with the service provider below, which processes it on our behalf under contractual safeguards; where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request); or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for crosscontext behavioral advertising.

Cloud hosting, sign-in (Cognito), AI processing (Bedrock), document storage (S3), and automated detection and masking of personal identifiers (Comprehend). All data is hosted in the United States. |
If you use Google sign-in, Google acts only as an identity provider to authenticate you; it does not receive your meeting content, chat, or documents.
5. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest.
- Personal identifiers detected in the text of meeting captions are automatically masked before that caption text is stored.
- Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.
- Chat history is also stored locally in your browser profile; you can remove it at any time by clearing the extension’s data or uninstalling the extension.
6. Data Retention
- Live meeting transcripts are short-lived and are automatically deleted a short time after each meeting.
- Your chat history and uploaded documents are retained while your account is active so you can revisit them, and are deleted when they are no longer needed to provide the service.
- Account information is retained while your account is active.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Section 7.
7. Your Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including your conversation history — by emailing info@unitedsales.ai. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days. We may retain limited information where we are required to do so to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or protect the security of our service.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to not be treated differently for exercising these rights (California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1, the sources and purposes in Sections 1–2, and the recipient in Section 4. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification
If you use Stella through your employer, your employer controls the data collected through your account, and we may direct your request to them.
8. A Note on Meeting Participants
Stella processes the transcribed speech of everyone in a captioned meeting. If you host or join meetings with Stella active, you and your organization are responsible for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, meeting participants that applicable law requires. Some jurisdictions — including California and several other U.S. states — require the consent of all parties to record or transcribe a conversation. Stella does not itself notify or obtain consent from other participants on your behalf.
If you were a participant in a meeting and believe Stella processed your conversation data, you may contact us at info@unitedsales.ai, or the meeting host, to request access to or deletion of that data.
9. Chrome Extension Disclosures
Stella’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs and Chrome browser interfaces adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Stella collects and uses data only to provide the single-purpose, user-facing features described in this policy; it does not transfer that data to third parties except the service provider listed in Section 4 or for security or legal reasons; it does not use the data for advertising; it does not sell the data; and it does not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Stella is a business tool intended for professionals. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will post any updates to this policy at this URL and revise the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
